Setup
Enable Developer Options
Go to Settings → About phone and tap Build number seven times until you see "You are now a developer".
Select Shadow GPS as Mock Location App
Go to Settings → Developer Options → Select mock location app and choose Shadow GPS from the list.
Grant Location Permission
Open Shadow GPS and allow location access. Choose Allow all the time for background emulation to work correctly.
Disable Battery Optimisation
Go to Settings → Apps → Shadow GPS → Battery and select Unrestricted to prevent Android from pausing the app during long sessions.
Allow Notifications
Enable notifications for Shadow GPS. This is required for the app to run reliably in the background while you use other apps.
